normal lavaback 4 stars where?

Could anyone tell me where to find normal red lavaback with 4 stars? i can’t find it anywhere, i’m on chapter 3 in general but haven’t done side quests much, is it in some of those? i need it to unlock my karakuri staff next level. please help
