Tracking my macros
I'm (f66) using a weight loss app (Lose It!) that determines my daily calorie intake and then subtracts the amount of calories I need to avoid in order to lose a pound a week. It also tracks the breakdown of macros.
I work out pretty strenously 5 times a week. There are nights when I come home, eat dinner and then the app tells me I haven't met my protein intake for the day. I'd still be under my calorie count if I had a protein shake, so should I do that to boost my protein intake?
