A week in
This is the first time since I was young and fit in high school I've managed to track calories for a week straight. I've always done way too serious diets and quit after a day or two. This time I'm allowing myself a tiny bit of sugar, a few low calorie beers and a weekly cheat meal. I've been under my calorie limit every day but yesterday. I was starving after work and had some Popeyes.
I already feel and look slimmer. And I'm not gonna bother weighing myself til I'm a month in. Gym sessions start next week.
Just came here to say I feel proud of myself and I'm proud of all you too.
