Is this wart healing, or should I continue treating it?

Been treating a series of warts on my foot for about 6 months, with this one pictured being the most stubborn. Done 4 rounds of cryotherapy, and then ACV more recently.

Following ACV treatment, I noticed the top of this wart was peeling away. I removed the top, and this is what it looks like underneath. I'm wondering if this is healed skin, or is it part of the wart that I need to keep treating? It is a bit stingy and raw.
