Typhon coming, any advice ?

Hi everyone, I am currently in Halong Bay and plan to take a seaplane tomorrow. Then, I am heading to Ninh Binh for 3 days. Do you have any advice regarding the Typhon coming? I’ve never experience one and I want to be prepared in case it’s strong. Thank you!
