Tattoo studio recommendations?

Hi everyone! Ive not been in Victoria long and like the title suggests I’m after some recommendations for a tattoo studio. I’m wanting to get a few minor, very basic pieces. My biggest concern obviously below cleanliness is price. The pieces I want done should take maybe an hour 30 tops and won’t necessarily need an artistic touch, literally a couple of numbers and a word here and there.
