I'm interested a small handful of cards, Is there any way I can buy singles or individual packs?

I love collecting cards and wanna try to pull for some of my favorite characters but there's no way i can swing 100 bucks on a box right now. Is there any chance there's gonna be smaller bundles or a strong secondary market?
