What do y'all do during Prednisone insomnia?

Hello y'all! What do you guys do during bouts of Pred induced insomnia? Do y'all stay in bed and try to fall asleep? Get up and do stuff? Do you have any calming activities/routines that help you go back to sleep? Would welcome any thoughts! (Or just commiseration lol!) Context: I'm currently on a round "the miracle drug from hell" 😈 for the second time this year while I wait for insurance and patient assistance progtams to do their thing so I can try Entivyo, hopefully starting next week. I'm getting tired of staring at the ceiling (and eventually giving in and scrolling on my phone) trying to go back to sleep, but I don't want to train my brain to get used to being active and starting my day at all hours. Also, super thankful for the this sub! I just got diagnosed earlier this year and y'all have been incredibly supportive really helped me adjust to life with UC. Sending many thanks and wishes for lasting remission for everyone. 💜
