Rinvoq 45mg

I am wondering if Rinvoq has lasted long term for anyone? I feel like I’ve read so many stories about it working, but just as many of people failing it after a while.

I am on 45mg of Rinvoq. 2 months of 45mg (flare stopped around 5-6 weeks) 2 months of 30mg, flare started to come back. Back on 45mg for a month now, it’s working, no blood in stool for first time in a longggg time. But, stool is once a day, and once I push and I go, that’s all I get for the whole day. Feel like I’m always on edge of it coming back 🤷🏻‍♂️
