multiple drivers arriving for the same order

I’m wondering if any other stores are experiencing this. i work for a restaurant that utilizes ubereats for delivery. at least 3 times in the last month, we’ve had multiple drivers showing up for the same order, typically 5 drivers 10-20 minutes apart from each other. tonight, we had this happen with a $100+ order and the customer never received their food ): i was questioning if this is some sort of glitch, but now im worried that the drivers have been stealing our customers food. getting through to their customer service is a nightmare, and our customer tonight was told they would not be refunded. anyone else dealing with this?
