Class A Drivers

I applied for a package driver position to get my foot in the door at a ups location near me. Went for my road test and passed. I’m just curious, I have a class A license with endorsements, are the class A positions hard to come by? I haven’t seen any posted, and if so do they pay more or less? Thanks in advance.
