Certain classes not appearing on Webreg

I am trying to plan my classes for the upcoming fall quarter (I'm a freshman), and I've noticed that some of the GE classes that I can take are not appearing on Webreg, such as the Music 20 class or the Visual Arts 22 class. Is this because these specific classes can only be taken in the other quarters, or is there something wrong with Webreg?
