Turbo tax business will not open

I downloaded the turbo tax program on my desktop, windows 10 at the end of December, Entered 1/2 of my info in January. Tried to restart it today and the program will not open, I spent hours trying to figure it out. I have restarted the computer several times, turned off windows defender, reinstalled the program, when I click on the program the box will show like it is going to start and then it disappears. Anyone else having this problem. I saw one thread from a couple of months ago to remove any c++ installed, but I don't know where to find that or what the steps to remove that would be. I will look around tomorrow for that. Any other suggestions. I am not very computer savvy, but I can follow directions.

UPDATE: finally fixed, I took the recommendations from the previous thread to delete any turbo program with c++, uninstalled turbo tax 2024, reinstalled and restarted computer and it worked and I did not lose all the info I had already entered👏👏
