Unable to get early advance

Hi everyone.

I’ve been using TT for almost 10 years, and for many years I have always utilized the advance option. Has anyone been denied this year? I have the CK account for many years as well.

It’s so frustrating as I was looking forward to being able to use this option this year and now it’s not allowing me.
