Americans don’t care enough about shit.

The reason many Americans are stupid is because despite having an interventionist government, your average American citizen has an isolationist mentality.

They literally do not care about anything that isn't directly involved with their personal or work lives.

The government doesn't even need to censor messed-up stuff they do abroad because your average American simply isn't even bothered to look them up because again, they literally do not care about anything that isn't directly involved with their personal or work lives.

Despite having schools of high-quality, nobody pays attention to what they teach there because again, they literally do not care about anything that isn't directly involved with their personal or work lives.

Americans rarely do research on stuff in general because again, they literally do not care about anything that isn't directly involved with their personal or work lives.

If there is any hope for America to improve, the first step is to purge this isolationist mentality from society.
