They took our tape away

The manager decided she didn't want us using tape anymore, they threw all the tape dispensers away. Someone said it is because it takes too long to wrap the stuff when we are using tape. I don't know why they would take away something we need to do the job!! There are things people buy from homegoods that we can't get the wrapping to stay on because of no tape....then I have to explain to the customer why it's taking so long to wrap things with no tape. Uh sorry, they took our tape away. Lol And now we are using extra bags unnecessarily. I said I can bring my own tape in and one of the assistant managers said oh you don't want to get on the managers bad side if you do that. I just can't with this company. Can someone make this make sense please lol
