Severe Headache during lifting

Whenever I'm doing a workout or doing anything that requires me to use some effort in doing, the back of my head just starts pounding and it hurts a lot. It's very annoying and I want to get rid of it and it's been hindering me from achieving my fitness goals.

It started 3 days ago Wednesday doing leg day back squats 2 plates (I am capable of doing this amount of weight many times before) for 4 sets of 10, on my 2nd set my head just started hurting and continued throughout the rest of my workout. It has been continuing until now.

How do I get rid of this?
