Tips on Dialing in Your Dose

What are your tips on dialing in your dose?

I take 75-100 mg of Testosterone Enanthate per week. I started at 100mg and my test was at 900. to 1,200 and my Estradiol has ranged from 16 to 72 pg/mL. I previously took an AI (Anabrest) at 0.5 mg per week.

My only real problem is sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night and it takes me 1-2 hours to fall back asleep but that might me due to other problems.

What are your tips for dialing in your dose? How often do you make a change? How often do you get new labs? How long does it take to notice a difference? To what extent do you go by feel vs. your labs?
