I want to start a natural testosterone "boosting" stack and I need help and advice.
I was thinking about doing a supplementation of Vitamin D and C, magnesium, zinc, calcium and boron.
I would cycle the Boron two weeks on two weeks off, since I heard that was the healthiest way of taking it. But considering that Boron isn't FDA approved I am not to confident in consuming it. (Also heard that it might be heavy on joints?)
Are there any other supplements I should take?
I already take D and C on a daily basis and creatine and I work out 5-6x a week.
I am 18 years old and I have not had any bloodwork done and currently have no signs of low testosterone.
