Please help. Changing bite.I must find it what's causing my jaw issues.

Before I do something rash, I'd like to give this a final try. I have MDD, OCD, ADHD, UC, asthma, eczema, sciatica, tinnitus, and allergies. And. Since January. TMD.

I can't have another thing. I just can't. Nothing is helping. I've been to everyone. What do I do?

Full story:

January 2022: I get surgery on my left shoulder (torn labrum)

January 2023: I take a new adhd medicine called straterra. I get tinnitus. Not sure if it's from the med or not.

November 2023: I get a root canal. The temporary tooth doesn't hurt. The replacement tooth does. The pain never went away. I am investigating that now. I realized maybe switching my bite to chew more on one side could have caused things.

January 2024: I take a new adhd medicine called Vyvanse. Over the period of three weeks, my bite changes and I develop jaw pain.

I see an orthodontist that doesn't believe me and suggests braces. I see a dentist that prescribes muscle relaxants and PT I do 1.5 months of PT with no change. I go to a "TMJ massage specialist" who does massage and dry needling once a week for 2 months. I go to a maxillofacial surgeon who takes X-rays and tells me my bite is fine and he is stumped. I go to my PCP and he suggests Botox.

My bite changes from day to day, so braces aren't the answer. Obviously not an insane amount but enough for me to notice. Which muscles hurt change from week to week (often both sides), so Botox would be guessing. I have begun to chew on the right side again for three weeks. No change yet. I am seeing someone about the painful root canal tooth.

Since January, I have had two week-long occasions where my bite was suddenly back to normal and I had no pain. They both happened when I was actively jogging each day though that doesn't seem to always work. After I jog, my back is sore so I wonder if it's a back muscle thing. I also almost always have pain in the back of my neck and when I climb (a hobby) my left shoulder.

I don't know who to go to. I think it might have to do with my back/shoulder but who do I visit to test that?

What do I do next?

I want to give up.

I have heard mixed things about lower jaw orthopedics and splints. I'm nervous to mess up my jaw joint when it seems muscular
