STNR thca barely high

I have a fairly weak tolerance and bought this the STNR tangie 2g dispo from a vape shop. Hit 2 blinkers tn cuz lost night i did 3 5 second hits and wasn’t high. half an hour later and i barely feel anything. why do i feel basically nothing even though i haven hit anything in 2 weeks?
