Is this an example of cart oxidation?

Stopped smoking for about a week and accidentally left the penjamin on my windowsill, my mistake. The blinds were closed but it’s also been very cold lately. I looked at it today and the oil changed from typical gold/amber color to now more clear with a red hue. I’ve read around and am thinking it’s oxidation? But I’m not 100% sure. Never seen this happen before but I know I won’t be smoking this one anymore, going to throw it out lol what’s your guys’ thoughts? Oxidation or something else? No longer good to smoke I’m assuming? Thanks in advance for any help
