2022 GT2 Bumper Issues

Hey everyone,

I have a 2022 GT2 with around 18000 miles on it and have noticed that the bumper is starting to pop out of place on the driver's side near the headlight. The fitment has always been a bit "off" in this area (not perfectly flush, but never nearly this bad). The heat this summer seems to have made it even worse, as hot days seem to make it even more noticeable.

Car overview: 1 - no accidents and well maintained 2 - garage kept but daily driver

Things I have done: 1 - tried to pop it back myself, no luck with the clips holding 2 - brought to dealer, they said they were able to pop the bumper back in, but it popped out a few hours after that. 3 - brought it to a body shop who tried to replace the bumper clips. That worked until the next day when it popped out again in the heat. They recommended they glue the bumper to the fender clips, but I told them to wait on that.

Questions 1 - would fit and finish issues like this be "warrenty" repair from Kia? 2 - any suggestions on how to fix this if the above is not covered by kia?
