Help: stuck on planet

After having interacted with the portal in the mission “into the unknown” my ship disappeared and I cannot fast travel anywhere.

I’m basically stuck on the plant and the only place I can fast travel to is anywhere in the immediate area or my “ship”.

As soon as I click fast travel to my ship the game crashes.

I already explored the whole are and slept and waited in game.

Is there anything I can do or do I have to actually go back hours into the game?
