Money note

Whenever I listen to this song I always get goosebumps (the good kind) at Sara's high vocals towards the end of the song. I just googled what it's called and apparently the term is "climax" or "money note". Another example is the song "Kahit Kailan" by South Border, that part where the singer's voice changes into a saxophone (not sure if that's the actual musical instrument) the feeling is like magical listening to it.

Do you know or can you recommend some songs that has the same effects for you? I'm trying to build a playlist. Thanks in advance.
