What happened to this post? OP, if you spread information, admit that you’re wrong instead of deleting your post and hiding away. A discussion is the only way to educate people on football shirts and how to authenticate, to know if what you’re buying is what it’s being claimed.
Match-worn and match-issued shirts are easily obtainable and sometimes they aren’t even that expensive (when it comes to smaller clubs) as long as it’s come either from the club itself or the likes of MatchWornShirt who has agreements in place with not only football clubs but some national teams. You’ve got nothing to worry about because the way of authenticating the shirt cannot be altered as they use a NFC chip on the shirt itself.
Please for the sake of the community if you haven’t got experience and knowledge, for example as the OP of that post who’d only been collecting for a month do not preach to others and try to give advice because the chance of the information you give being incorrect is high especially when you’re unwilling to learn and accept where you’re wrong.
