Resolutions

Hi all, Question about resolutions.

Why is it that phones seem to have gone down in resolution? I'm looking at a replacement for my Galaxy S9 (1440x2960 px, ~570ppi) and a Galaxy S22 and Google Pixel 7 have popped up for sale. But they have lower resolution screens at 1080x2340, 425ppi and 1080x2400, 416ppi respectively (differing screen sizes and ratios obviously)

I basically just don't want to change phone and notice lower resolution, a good screen is important to me. Will this loss of approximately 150ppi be noticeable?
