Samsung S23 Plus VS Samsung S23 Ultra

Hey everyone, I am deciding between the S23 Plus 512gb and the S23 Ultra 512gb. I am upgrading from an S20FE. The price difference is about $150. The S23 Plus will cost me $900 CAD, and the S23 Ultra will cost me about 1050 Cad. I got $500 off for my phone trade. Plus, an additional $100 off and an additional 5% from SPC and a Brand new pair of Galaxy buds (Retail is $199). Reason why I was moving towards the S23 Ultra was due to the Screen Quality, Bigger battery, 200 MP Camera, Bigger Screen ( I have huge hands lol), 12gb ram and the 1 - 120hz Display. The S-Pen will honestly not be used much. What are your thoughts?
