Worth it to tier up in 1qb dynasty?

I was disappointed in both Kyler and DK this season and am ready to move on from both despite knowing a rebound is certainly possible depending on what happens next year.

I love hurts and feel like he could be an anchor for my 1qb league for the next 3-5 years.

Does this feel worth it or should I just stick it out with Kyler? I also have puka, drake london, rashee rice, Ladd McConkey, Zay flowers, mcmillan, and pearsall on my squad so I feel like I could move off of a wr.
