Someone help me.

So growing up I had eczema behind my knees but it never got worse than that. Around 6 months or so ago I started to get flare ups on my knees, thighs and then it started moving to my arms, body and neck as you can see. Recently, my neck has absolutely blown up and this thing is angry and red. I’ve been to the GP multiple times and finally have a dermatology appointment on the 24th Feb. However I genuinely don’t know if I can wait that long. This is taking over my life. I’m barely sleeping, when I do sleep I scratch in my sleep and when I wake up.

Can anyone identify that they’ve had similar?

For reference, I’m 31, I eat pretty clean and rarely drink alcohol. I’ve tried steroid creams, antihistamines, numerous stuff online like private creams and balms.

When I get out the shower it feels like I’m allergic to water, during the day I feel constantly uncomfortable. I’m so self conscious about how this looks on my neck and it’s also affecting my eyes and drying my face out.

I hate this.
