Why is the dub still not releasing?

I made the same post last week and people said it should release a couple days later and it didn't so I'm asking against.

Last week there was a weather excuse, but I can't believe it's still the problem (unless their office burnt down in LA or something stupid like that)

It's 4 weeks late by now and I can't keep waiting
