ISO good SR youtube content

Been branching out and watching some SR content when I feel like I feel like I want to look at porn.. It's helpful to me to replace this habit with something else and it often reaffirms why I'm abstaining.

Although, a lot of the SR content on youtube is either partially generated by AI, and/or trying to sell some course or eBook, OR just trying to capitalize off SR and farm views. (if no one knows what I'm talking about, I can try to link some examples)

Does anyone have any SR content creators that make good content to listen to that aren't trying to sell you something or come off as just a side hustley? I appreciate it
