If Mickey technically did most of the killing, how much of the responsibility falls on Nancy?

Theoretically, if Mickey did the actual physical killing for Maureen, Phil, and Cici. How much blame/responsibility would fall onto Mrs. Loomis for those specific victims? Like legally speaking what would she be charged for? I’m excluding her Randy kill from this as we’re aware she did it.
