Video Aspect on Apple TV

Does anyone know a good video setting for Rouvy on Apple TV? The side of the video are cut off. For the word workout I only see "out". I've changed to change video settings in Apple TV, but it's still cut off. I've looked in the Rouvy Apple TV App settings and only see for UI size. Thanks!
