Forging Troubles

Trying to forge a cshield, the forge say it only needs 1 item from fungal or crystal cavern, I have enough material to dismantle for it but I want to use a blueprint for the dungeon item req, in this case a fractal blade blueprint I also have. It still says insufficient material (using a mark does not change this), any suggestions?
