developing a gel allergy has left me feeling so defeated and alone.

just needed to vent and hopefully someone out there will understand how i am feeling. about a year ago i got into doing my nails at home with a beetles starter kit. during my last set i noticed that my thumbnail was lifting. i have come to the conclusion that i developed an allergy regardless of how careful i was. i am feeling so discouraged and although i caught it before it got really severe, i feel like i’ll never be able to do any gel, dip, or acrylics ever again. i loved having long thick nails and as silly as it sounds, this has taken a huge toll on my self image.
