Dog kicked stomach

Hey, my medium sized spaniel was restless so I was holding a tug of war toy over the side of the sofa for her. I dropped it and her response was to jump up and kick me in the stomach with her front two legs. I am 30 weeks pregnant and I know baby is in head down position, and our spaniel kicked the top of my belly (so not near baby's head). Do you think this is fine? I'm not really sure what to do now, whether I should call my midwife or if that's overreacting?
