how bad is the smell after LLETZ?
I'm booked for a LLETZ under general anaesthetic in 3 weeks time, taking a week off work for it as I know I take a while to recover from anaesthetic and I'm gonna feel like hell mentally.
here's the problem. I'm a trans guy. no one at work knows this, except HR. It is imperative that they don't find out.
with that in mind, how obvious/bad is the discharge and smell after the procedure? I've been told to expect bleeding for 2-6 weeks but that's about all I've been told. I'm really scared the people at work will be able to smell it and if it smells like a period some of the women might figure out I'm trans. I also work with young people so if I am obviously smelly even for just a little bit it will literally haunt me for years at this job.
please help, I'm terrified of having this procedure and the smell is just another layer on this awful experience.
