HPV type

Hello,

My colposcopy results show CIN 2, however, no high-risk HPV type was detected.

Now I'm confused: does that just mean that I don't have 16 and 18 but some other less common type? How did I develop CIN 2 without having a high-risk HPV? It bothers me that they don't tell you the exact type.
