Colorful Farms (Not Zebasi)

So I'm obviously late-game here, but I thought it was interesting that the land that was originally close to a Zebasi (with skin pack) spawn still shows the colorful farms. When I make the farm, it looks normal, but today years old when I learned it shows what the original farm would look like. Is this intentional? Should be posted under "Bug?"
