Tankless Water Heater + Softener + Conditioner but no RO for $8,600 - Worth it?
I have a 21+ year-old water heater that's starting to drip (previous post pasted below). I'm replacing it with a tankless water heater with a recirculation pump, and a Pentair water softener and conditioner. Below is the estimate from the plumbing company in SoCal that has a verified license and also a Yelp guarantee. Total cost $8,600 - Is this a good deal?
I'm also not getting an RO system at the sink b/c I'm getting the conditioner. I read that the conditioner does not reduce the sodium content in water and that only an RO system can reduce sodium in water. Thoughts?
