Water from electric faucet is way too hot/can't manage the temperature of water

My parents just installed this electric faucet . It works fine except for the fact that when you turn the handle to the left the water temperature rises from 25°C (77°F) to 50+°C (122+°F) in about a minute or so. The water is way to hot to wash your hands/shower with. Is there anything we can do to change the water temperature manually? The manual that we got with the faucet didn't say anything about managing the temperature, other than the fact that the temperature shouldn't exceed 60°C.
