Need opinion: Is this mold on our kitchen pipe

Hey there- We’re living in a college apartment and our sink pup has been leaking all year. We finally got it replaced but were wondering if we should get the rest of the area looked at. Any advice is appreciated (especially since we are living here next year and don’t want it to be an issue)! Thanks!
