Cannot use remote play outside home network

So my newly bought Portal works flawlessly when I connect it to the same network but can't connect at all when I bring my Portal outside. Some note: - my PS5 is LAN Wired into the router - I already manually setup the connection to gave my PS5 a fixed IP address - Did try to use DMZ to point it to the PS5's IP address (image) - Did try to put a lot of different port forwarding numbers (image) - Did try to reset both the PS5 and the router multiple time

Still cannot connect. What did I do wrong?
