Why is Incredibles 2 so hated???

As the title goes, why do you think Incredibles 2 is so hated? After watching both films back to back, the first is obviously superior but the second one isn’t awful either. The villain sucked and wasn’t a fan of Tony’s mind getting erased but I feel like it had the fundamental elements to continue the first film like Jack-Jack’s new powers, superheroes needed to become legal again, which the film did. I just don’t understand the hate people give it, like it could’ve been more grand but for what we got, it wasn’t awful.
