What are some good sites to order tobacco and pipes from in Ontario?

Hello everyone. I want to get into this hobby, but I am kind of lost on where to go for the supplies. I've heard cigar chief is good, but I have also heard horror stories of $500+ duties being slapped on...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
