Looking for backup Android

Here's the situation:

I switched to iPhone 14 Pro Max after 10 years with Galaxy Note series. ATT offered to add an extra line to the plan and reduced the overall bill. I exercise (hiking) often and need a backup phone with me for calls and podcasts (I don't want to take the new huge iPhone out hiking in the FL heat everyday).

I'm looking for a mid to high-end range android with room to store podcasts via cloud app and Headphone jack (wireless not good for delay and falling out when running). Also would like it to have enough power for some gaming (GPT and beermoney shenanigans).

This would allow me to keep android, have an extra line, have a good device suited for exercise podcasts via headphones, etc.

USA, ATT, Open to all budgets, Compact preferred but not required, gaming/streaming/media/storage. No brand preference. Battery for hours of podcast running.
