New graphics card LOUD

Just got an RX 7800 XT and it is so loud while gaming? Is it just the graphics card or do I have bad airflow? I have a fan on the back of the case one on the processor, and 2 front fans. My specs are also Ryzen 7 5800x, 32 gb ram, 1tb SSD, tomahawk b550 max WiFi motherboard, not sure about power supply
