Dr Jekyl Mr. hide Build?

Greetings all, looking for help building a Beastmorph or Metamorph Alchemist for an Upcoming Campaign. Pathfinder 1E Rules. Wanting to go the natural attacker route.

Race suggestions?

How would you stat it?

Feat and mutagen skill suggestions?

Character idea is in the title, mild mannered, slightly mad scientist type when unshifted who imbebes when in danger to become much more dangerous.

I think it would be loads of fun to roleplay. But want to make him as competent as possible on the tabletop.
