PUBG Plus Medal Unlocking

Hello,

i've been playing PUBG for quite some time now as a F2P Player.
I've been thinking to upgrade to PUBG Plus in order to get some medals and cosmetics.

My question is: Do I get Medals for the achievements I got when I was playing for free or do I start from 0 and have to earn every dinner etc. again in order to get medals ?
